Got back from a business trip to San Antonio yesterday… a couple observations:
1. There is absolutely no basement in the Alamo
2. Freeway “turnarounds” are a product of sheer civil engineering genius
3. 95% of texans sound like texans
4. Texas businessmen chew tobacco in meetings
5. I still hate the San Antonio spurs

So we moved out of the rental in Paradise Valley to stay at Hotel Grandma for a couple weeks until the purchase of our new home (also in Paradise Valley) is finalized. We’ll be there until Friday the 9th if all goes well. Hopefully we don’t drive Grandma and Grandpa insane in [...]
